Hi! I'm Ashton, studio florist and owner of The Spotted Poppy.
You're in the right place if you like organic florals with a color palette tailored to you.
With an education in set design and a background as a painter, I have an intrinsic understanding of color, style, and how to pull a look together. I believe that everyone deserves their own one-of-a-kind design. The Spotted Poppy is committed to delivering constantly unique, colorful, and modern designs. My floral approach falls between contemporary and garden-style. I'm also a huge fan of incorporating ikebana whenever I can!
I started The Spotted Poppy in 2020 after years of working in flower shops. As I was testing out names for the business, I couldn’t help but reflect on the elegance of the poppy, from its name to its form. Upon studying different kinds of poppies, I came across the Ladybird Poppy, which was spotted at the base of each petal, and "The Spotted Poppy" was born.
