  • Custom floral work is created individually and may vary from reference photos.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, or recipient unavailability.

  • If no recipient is available, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.

5. Event & Wedding Services

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of floral products:

  • All sales are generally final.

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion for damaged or unsatisfactory products.

  • Photographic evidence may be required.

Custom event deposits are typically non-refundable.
